Probus offers brand new and refurbished ISA computer parts for sale. We strive to keep accurate inventory records, but availability is subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and may be declined at our discretion.
All prices for products listed on Probus are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Shipping costs and options will be provided at the time of checkout. Probus will endeavor to ship orders promptly upon receipt of payment, but delivery times may vary based on shipping method and destination.
Probus accepts returns of defective products within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
Brand new ISA computer parts sold by Probus come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished parts are covered by a limited warranty provided by Probus. Warranty terms and conditions are detailed in the product description. A general overview of the warranty is:
All new Probus computer systems come with a one-year warranty, while refurbished systems benefit from a comprehensive 90-day warranty. (This is subject to change without notice and warranty terms and conditions are detailed in the product description.)
In no event shall Probus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the website; (iii) any content obtained from the website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

The Probus is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
